Mary Bevan and Tim Mead join conductor Stephen Layton and Florilegium to perform a programme of vivacious and triumphal works by Handel.

This concert features celebrated masterpieces ‘Zadok the Priest’ and ‘Let the bright Seraphim’ alongside lesser known gems such as ‘Nisi Dominus’ with its ravishing countertenor solo. The evening will conclude with a rare complete performance of the Foundling Hospital Anthem, which culminates in a joyful rendition of the ‘Hallelujah Chorus’.
