The Voice of my Beloved – songs of love

Music on the theme of love, exploring texts from within and without the 'Song of Songs'. We begin with music from the 16th and 17th centuries including madrigals by Monteverdi. A focus on the 20th and 21st centuries follows, exploring settings by Grieg, Sibelius and Sandström.
