Gregory Rose is the featured composer for Series 6 of Borough New Music. He has composed for a wide range of genres ranging from orchestral and choral to ensemble and solo works. His Missa Santa Pauli Apostoli, composed for the Choir of St Paul's Cathedral, London, won the Liturgical category of the British Composer Awards 2006, and he is particularly noted for his performances of the romantic and contemporary repertoires. With long-time collaborators Chris Brannick (marimba), Lore Lixenberg (voice) and Clare Simmonds (piano), this concert presents a selection of Rose's recent works - three of which will be world premieres.

Other featured composers in forthcoming concerts in Borough New Music include Edward Henderson (10 April 2018), Matthew Taylor and Sally Beamish (29 May 2018), and Janet Oates (19 June 2018). Admission is free to all concerts and light refreshments are served afterwards.
