  1. Verklärte Nacht, for string sextet Op 4 - Arnold Schoenberg

"A perfect afternoon of music!". "Amazing!". These are just some of the audience reactions to what is rapidly becoming a favourite amongst London's classical music lovers. ChamberMusicBox combines leading international artists and imaginative repertoire choices to create highly engaging programmes which always hold an element of surprise.

For their first concert at their new Hampstead venue they are thrilled to include one of the greatest works of the string repertoire, Schoenberg's Verklärte Nacht, into their programme, performed by six of their outstanding artists. Artistic Directors Yuri Kalnits (violin) and Julia Morneweg (cello) welcome violist and founder member of the Aviv Quartet, Evgenia Epshtein, BBC Symphony Orchestra Principal Violist Norbert Blume, renowned violist Matthew Quenby and Principal Cellist of Northern Ballett, Alexander Volpov, to join them for what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of music-making.
