Come and experience the true spirit of Liverpool, this great maritime city. Join us for a unique gala event with the prestigious Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, renowned Liverpool Welsh Choral, children of the Pagoda Chinese Youth Orchestra, icon of popular music, Gerry Marsden and Lord Mike Storey who will lead you through highlights of this magical place.

Music, narration and projections will take you from early man in 2000BC through to the present and into the rich visionary future with fascinating stories of local businesses. The programme includes music from Wales, South Africa, China, Europe and Merseyside with Liverpool's own Beatles. The choir will be singing in Welsh and Mandarin as well as English.
