Jazz Night: A Swingin’ Affair at Petersfield Musical Festival

Claire Martin is a world-renowned jazz singer – ranking ‘among the four or five finest female jazz vocalists on the planet,’ according to Jazz Times USA. In 2018 she received the gold award from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors. In ‘A Swingin’ Affair’, she shares the evening with the outstanding saxophonist Ray Gelato. The show has toured festivals and jazz venues across the country, to great acclaim.

The 2019 Petersfield Musical Festival runs from 15 to 23 March, with an exciting programme of concerts, and a wide range of performers and music - including choral, orchestral, traditional Greek music, solo instrumental, and jazz.
