Lloyd's Choir Spring Concert 2019

Please join Lloyd's Choir, conducted by Jacques Cohen, for their 2019 Spring Concert. We shall be performing JS Bach's B minor Mass, considered by many to be a pinnacle of choral music. Written over the course of over 20 years towards the end of his life, Bach combines a range of vocal styles embracing Gregorian chant to Italian opera. It's soaring choruses are among the finest of his prodigious musical output.

Lloyd's Choir will be joined by the acclaimed Cohen Ensemble, and a quintet of young soloists from the Royal College of Music who are about to embark on their careers.
