  2. String Quartet No 1 in C Op 37 - Karol Szymanowski
  3. String Quartet No 3 in E flat minor Op 30 - Pyotr Tchaikovsky

Following a composition by the Father of the string quartet, the Allegri play an exciting 20th century piece by Poland's great composer. A Russian gem concludes the evening after the interval.
