This May, join us to hear Martin Segerstråle, musical director, composer and pianist, as he performs a programme of work by women composers, inspired by the life and art of Dame Myra Hess, and also including Dame Myra’s own, much-celebrated transcription of Bach's Jesu, joy of man's desiring.

This performance will be a chance to hear the work of often-overlooked, pioneering nineteenth and early twentieth-century composers Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel, Clara Schumann and Amy Beach.
