The final concert of this year's festival features three masterpieces from three different centuries of the Austro-Hungarian empire.

The Primrose Piano Quartet will be joined by Jenny Sacha, best known as the first violin of the highly regarded Pavão Quartet for Brahms’s Piano Quintet Op 34 – generally regarded as "the crown of his chamber music”.

Tea and cakes are included, and will be served in the interval.

Prior to the concert at 1.15pm, there'll be a free lunchtime showing in West Meon Village Hall (open to all) of 2 classic black and white films, the rarely seen Enoch Arden (1911) and Laurel and Hardy's The Music Box (1932). Make a day of it and bring a picnic.

As in previous years, the festival is delighted to be once again supporting The Rosemary Foundation charity, providing 'hospice at home' services in the locality. For more information see here
