2014 BBC Young Musician winner, Martin James Bartlett, and Kazakh pianist, Dina Duisen, return to the Sunday Piano Series as a piano duo for our annual festive concert. Their programme provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Christmas, beginning with a light, lyrical sonata by Mozart and Grieg’s famous Peer Gynt suite. Debussy said that his Petite Suite has the ‘humble aim of doing nothing but giving pleasure’. Their recital is rounded off with Tchaikovsky’s fairy-tale favourite, Sleeping Beauty.

Each concert lasts an hour. Tickets include tea, coffee and cake before or after the concert.
