On Saturday 29 June (7pm), acclaimed London-based chamber choir, Colla Voce Singers, collaborates for the second time with renowned early music ensemble, Figo, presenting a thrilling evening of baroque delights.

This stunning concert centres around Handel’s masterpiece, Dixit Dominus. Written at the precocious age of twenty-two, Dixit Dominus is a tour de force of virtuosity for both choir and strings, guiding the listener through a youthful whirlwind of styles and emotions. Offered this evening with extracts from Monteverdi’s Orfeo and Purcell’s King Arthur, as well as chamber works by Purcell, this performance promises to be an event not to be missed. The performance is directed by Aidan Coburn.

In association with Westminster’s annual community festival, SouthWestFest.
