Born in Dresden, Viktoria has earned a reputation as a soloist, choir and ensemble singer far beyond the borders of her homeland. She works in ensembles such as AuditivVokal and the Dresdner Kammerchor and sings as guest in the choir of the NDR and the RIAS Kammerchor. Viktoria regularly appears as a soloist in the great oratorios of Bach and Mendelssohn.

Utako was born in Düsseldorf with Japanese roots and graduated from the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. She then completed her bachelor's degree at the Leipzig University of Music before moving to Dresden in 2016, where she completed her master's degree. In 2015 she received the Richard Wagner Scholarship. In addition to the opera class, she attended the song class of Olaf Bär and took part workshops with Aribert Reimann. She plays on different stages in Germany and accompanies frequently Viktoria.
