Native of Seoul, Sun Haeng Cho holds a M Mus Degree from Manhattan School of Music as a student of Philippe Muller. She continues her studies with Robert Cohen at RAM.

She has participated in several international master classes such as Kronberg Academy in Germany, London Masterclasses, Lisbon International Music Academy in Portugal, International Summer Academy Universität Mozarteum in Austria, IMS Prussia Cove, Festival Pablo Casals in France, and The 1st Pau Casals International Cello Festival in Spain with such distinguished artists as Frans Helmerson, Gary Hoffman, Hannah Roberts, David Geringas, Ivan Monighetti, Jens Peter Maintz, and Lluis Claret.
First-prize winner at numerous cello competitions- Ewha Kyung-Hyang Music Competition, Sung-Jung National Music Competition, Vienna International Music Competition (Korea National), Kumho Prodigy Concert Audition, Kumho Young Artist Concert Audition, Seoul Solist Cello Ensemble Competition, Youngsan Yang-je Hall Young Artist Concert Audition, and Banpo Art Hall Young Artist Concert Audition, she has performed as soloist with Bulgaria National Radio Symphony Orchestra, Seoul Symphony Orchestra, Guri Philharmonic Orchestra, Seoul Academy Ensemble Orchestra, and Seoul Solist Cello Ensemble Orchestra.

Since her public solo debut on a Kumho Prodigy Concert at Kumho Art Hall in Seoul, she has performed extensively in many concerts at Carole Nash Hall in RNCM, Wiener Saal in Universität Mozarteum Salzburg, Eglise Saint Pierre de Prades in Festival Pablo Casals in France, SG Mikowsky Hall, Gordon K and Harriet Greenfield Hall, Carl and Lily Pforzheimer Hall, KNUA Hall, Banpo Art Hall, Kumho Art Hall, Munho Art Hall, Villa Museu Pau Casals in Spain, Seoul Arts Center, Youngsan Art Hall, Casual Classic The Juilliard Festival. While studying at Manhattan School of Music, she was selected to participate in The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center Masterclass with Pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet at Rose Studio in Lincoln Center, which was broadcast live.

Daniel King Smith has given concerts all over the world as both soloist and accompanist. He has been broadcast on both BBC TV/Radio in the UK (In Tune, Proms, Young Musician of the Year) and NHK TV/Radio in Japan, most recently in recital with Yuki Ito as part of NHK’s 'Best of Classic' and 'Classic Club' series. Daniel has recorded a number of CDs, including releases with Yuki Ito for Sony and with Anna Hashimoto on the Meridian label.

As soloist Daniel’s extensive concerto repertoire has lead to many concerts in the UK and around Europe and he has frequently been a featured Solo Classical Artist on many Cruise lines around the world. Accompaniment and chamber music are a major part of Daniel’s life, having held staff accompanist posts at both Royal College of Music and Royal Academy of Music Junior Departments and at the Purcell School. He regularly accompanies auditions, lessons, masterclasses and end of year recitals at the London conservatoires as well as being official accompanist for the Countess of Munster Trust. Daniel gives recitals every year with a number of people who have been accepted onto the Countess of Munster Recital Scheme as well as both the Tillett Trust and Making Music Recital Schemes. He is also official accompanist for the Tunbridge Wells International Young Concert Artists
competition. Daniel is often resident pianist on summer music courses including the British Isles Music Festival and Musicale. He has given recitals with Michael Collins, Carmel Kaine, Susan Milan, Robert Max, Yuki Ito and Anna Hashimoto, amongst many others and is a member of the Ridgeway Ensemble.
