Belfast-born harpist and current member of the Countess of Munster Musical Trust’s young artist scheme, Richard Allen, brings a programme inspired by French composer Claude Debussy to the intimate setting of St. Swithin’s Quenington for Cheltenham Music Festival's annual recital in the church. Noted for his remarkable depth of expression and ability to draw new palettes of shade and colour from the instrument, he has earned the right to be a multi award-winning young musician.
