  1. Overture, from Egmont Op 84 - Ludwig van Beethoven
  2. Concerto for cello and orchestra in A minor Op 129 - Robert Schumann
  3. Symphony No 4 in G - Gustav Mahler

Beethoven's powerful Egmont Overture reflects the passion of the heroic freedom fighter who was its inspiration. Of all his fine symphonies, Mahler's Fourth is the most enchanting and best-loved and Schumann's Cello Concerto is celebrated for its soulful reverie and exhilarating lyricism.

Indira Grier, the soloist in the concerto, is embarking on her career with an impressive record of prizes and chamber music performances.

Clare Tunney is a prize-winning soprano with a substantial experience of oratorio and operatic roles who later this year joins the Royal Academy Opera programme for advanced singers.
