  2. Symphony No 10 in E minor Op 93 - Dmitry Shostakovich

The trombone concerto by Fench composer Henri Tomasi combines elements of waltz, blues and tango in its helter skelter of brass virtuosity. Shostakovich's tenth symphony couldn't be a greater contrast: powerful, dramatic and emotional.
