On 10th October 2015 the BBC's CD Review concluded that, of all the available recordings of Hadyn's famous trumpet concerto world-wide, Crispian Steele-Perkins's recording is 'the one to have'. On Tuesday 29 January 2019, you can hear him play it live in the beautiful acoustics of The Concert Hall.
