Composer, producer, virtuoso tabla player and Mercury Music Prize-winning recording artist, Talvin Singh doesn’t acknowledge boundaries – and his collaborations with musicians ranging from Yoko Ono to Terry Riley have only made his own voice more compelling. He’s been called an “Asian underground bad boy” and for this brand new project, he brings together cellist Francesca Ter Berg, Preetha Nararayanan on violin and Shriram Sampath on flute to create something that can’t be defined: it just has to be heard.
