Poetry and Music / Music and Poetry

Henry Goodman, double Olivier Award-winning actor and star of Sheffield Theatres’ box office hit musical Fiddler on the Roof, joins broadcaster and writer Paul Allen for an informal conversation discussing the relationship between music and poetry.

There will be live musical interludes from Ensemble 360, who together with Henry will perform poet Wendy Cope’s witty collection of poems that gently poke fun at audiences, set to music by composer Roxanna Panufnik.
