Polish pianist Lucas Krupinski is the winner of the 7th International Piano Competition in San Marino and all of the contest prizes - the Audience Award, the Music Critics Award and the Orchestra Award in 2016.

From September 2018 Lucas is studying an Artist Diploma at the Royal College of Music in London in the class of Professor Dmitri Alexeev, as a Kenneth and Violet Scott Scholar. He is also supported by the Hattori Foundation and the Philharmonia Orchestra. A finalist of the International Competition of Ferruccio Busoni in Bolzano in 2017. As a semi-finalist, Lucas found himself amongst the best 20 pianists of the 17th Frederic Chopin International Piano Competition, Warsaw in 2015. In 2017 his debut album Espressione was released, including compositions by Haydn, Chopin and Scriabin. The CD has been nominated for the International Classical Music Awards 2018 alongside Krystian Zimerman and Evgeny Kissin and received excellent press reviews in Pizzicato Magazine, MDR Kultur, Radio France and Gramophone.

In 2018 Lucas held his debut recital at Carnegie Hall / Isaac Stern Auditorium and has since received invitations to play with Chicago Philharmonic and Buffalo Philharmonic in autumn this year.

Lucas Krupinski is represented by Ludwig van Beethoven Association and Madam Elzbieta Penderecki.
