This evening's performance will take the listener on a spell-binding journey of moods and emotions. Audiences will be treated to a programme of poetry and virtuosic display, including two of Beethoven’s greatest masterpieces – the exhilarating Moonlight and Appasionata Sonatas. Lyrical gems by Schubert and the great virtuoso Liszt complete a beautifully balanced programme

Prize-wining pianist Catherine Leonard studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Aaron Shorr. She also studied with Konrad Richter at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart and with Peter Feuchtwanger in London.
She has performed in many of the UK’s leading music festivals and has made her debut in many of the world’s most prestigious venues.
