British soprano Nadine Benjamin, who sang the title role in Tosca at St James’s in January, makes a welcome return with a programme of arias by Verdi. Winner of the inaugural Fulham Opera Verdi Prize, Nadine will be singing the role of Amelia in Verdi's Un ballo in maschera with Opera Holland Park in June. She is accompanied by pianist and conductor Chris Hopkins, who regularly appears at St James's with Orchestra of the City, the Corinthian Chamber Orchestra and Blaze Ensemble.
