Even though “Lights, Camera, Action” may have been used by endless film directors, very few will have had the opportunity to cue a 45-piece orchestra playing the best movie themes.

Warwick Hall will be resounding with all those memorable tunes that allow us to recall the images, be thrilled again and thoroughly enjoy the magic of cinema music on Saturday 29 June.

After last summer’s Music from the Movies captivated the audience, the award-winning Birmingham Symphonic Winds will be performing once again a selection of the best film themes including: Superman; Henry V; Harry Potter; The Great Escape; The Glenn Miller Story and many, many more!

Joining BSW on stage to narrate the text to Henry V will be the BBC Midlands Today presenter Michael Collie, displaying his acting talent to the full!
