In their first concert of the 2019-2020 season, Hampstead Chamber Choir presents a performance of French sacred music for choir and chamber orchestra in the beuatiful surroundings of St-John-at-Hampstead. The programme will feature Fauré's beautiful Requiem Opus 48, and his Cantique de Jean Racine, and will also include Missa in simplicitate, written for women's voices by Jean Langlais, Poulenc's Salve Regina, and Pierre Villette's stunning Hymne à la Vierge.
