  1. Coriolan Overture Op 62 - Ludwig van Beethoven
  2. Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No 1 in C Op 15 - Ludwig van Beethoven
  3. Symphony No 8 in F Op 93 - Ludwig van Beethoven

Austrian conductor Hans Graf leads an evening of some of the most sublime orchestral works Beethoven ever produced. The theatrical overture to Coriolan opens the concert with dramatic tragedy, portraying the legendary Roman figure.

Soloist Jae-Hyuck Cho performs Beethoven’s ingenious Piano Concerto No 1 with subtlety and intricacy, before the Orchestra performs the composer’s Symphony No 8. Bearing much joyful and vigorous aplomb, the Symphony adopts much of Beethoven’s own characterful style throughout, and displays his masterstrokes in experimentation with the symphonic form.
