  1. Scapino - A Comedy Overture - Sir William Walton
  2. Concerto for Violin and Orchestra in D major Op 77 - Johannes Brahms
  3. Symphony No 6 in B minor, 'Pathétique' Op 74 - Pyotr Tchaikovsky

An unmissable chance to see violinist Tasmin Little before she hangs up her concert gowns for good in 2020. Here she joins one of her favourite orchestras, the RLPO, to perform one of the world’s best-loved pieces for violin. Walton’s piece Scapino: A Comedy Overture is mischievous and lively – just like the rascal it depicts. Tchaikovsky’s 6th Symphony completed only nine days before his sudden, and unexplained, death draws strong emotions from listener and performer alike.
