In a scintillating evening of Baroque music, we contrast the virtuosity of Bach’s Magnificat with the opulent splendour of Handel’s Coronation Anthems – including the famous Zadok the Priest. For this musical feast, Kingston Choral Society is joined by an exciting quintet of young soloists from the Royal College of Music, and the superb period-instrument musicians of the Purcell Orchestra.
