Figo returns to Bristol this summer performing two high-octane concertos for violins as the sun sets on Clifton Cathedral. Bach’s concerto is one of his best loved and most famous instrumental works, with darting rhythms giving way to sublime slow moments.

Best known for the Four Seasons, Vivaldi’s concerto is a feat of agility and virtuosity, laced with the excitement and effervescence of the rich musical tradition that inspired its composer.
