Diana Ichim is a third year student at the Faculty of Music at Transilvania University of Bra?ov.

Over the years, under the guidance of Prof. Stela Dragulin, she has participated in numerous competitions, the most recent being Art Summer Bra?ov, the eighth edition, where she won the Award for Excellence in Performance and the Jury Prize for Best Performance as lead singer.

She has given numerous recitals, making her debut on the stage of the Multicultural Center of the Transilvania University of Bra?ov. In 2018, she held a concert with the Orchestra of the Faculty of Music, interpreting the Concert for piano and orchestra by Grieg, in A minor. In 2019, she performed Chopin's Polonaise op. 44 during the Opening Celebration of the 2019-2020 University Year at the Sergiu T. Chiriacescu Classroom. Diana is also the pianist of the Chamber Orchestra of the Transilvania University of Bra?ov.

Another appearance includes the recital series with mezzo-soprano Eva Noemi Karacsony, with works by composers Camille Saint-Saëns, Maurice Ravel and Jules Massenet. She has toured in Bulgaria, China and Mongolia.

With a great passion for chamber music, Diana Ichim studied works for two pianos (Brahms, Rachmaninov, Lutoslawski) and integral piano and violin sonatas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
