This experience comes to life on Friday 5th June at 7.30pm in St Giles’ Cathedral when the city's landmark building plays host to a programme of classical favourites including Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, Debussy’s Clair de lune and Gershwin’s electrifying Rhapsody in Blue.

St Giles’ Cathedral is conveniently situated in the heart of Edinburgh, off the Royal Mile and is surrounded by the best of Edinburgh’s nightlife, with a wide choice of restaurants and bars to complete your night out. Whether you are planning a date or treating family and friends, you have everything on your doorstep for the perfect evening.

Concert pianist Warren Mailley-Smith is a favourite with Edinburgh audiences, well-known for his incredible feat of learning to play all 3.5 million notes of Chopin’s piano music from memory and hailed by the critics as an “epic achievement”

He is one of the busiest concert pianists of his generation, giving over 100 solo performances in the UK alone in 2020. He has performed for the Royal Family over 30 occasions and his last CD was featured by Classic FM as CD of the Week

Forget your busy week at the office and tumultuous current affairs and treat yourself to an evening of relaxing and invigorating classical music performed with charm and humour by one of the UK’s most brilliant musicians.
