Live online: Bacewicz, Haydn and Beethoven | London Symphony Orchestra

For their second concert in the Global Concert Hall, the London Symphony Orchestra are joined by Paavo Järvi in a concert streamed live from LSO St Luke’s in London. Grazyna Bacewicz's Concerto for String Orchestra begins the programme, followed by Haydn’s delightful Sinfonia Concertante in B flat major featuring LSO members as soloists. The concert concludes with Beethoven's Symphony No 8.

Change of conductor and programme
Gianandrea Noseda has had to withdraw from this concert due to travel restrictions. The LSO is very grateful to Paavo Järvi for agreeing to step in at short notice to conduct the concert, with an adjusted programme.
