Manchester Camerata presents ‘All time is eternally present’ featuring Jess Gillam and Pekka Kuusisto on Friday 26 February at 20:00. In the first of three concerts with Manchester Camerata on Virtual Circle, we see for the first time the pairing of Jess Gillam and Pekka Kuusisto.

Conducted by the internationally renowned Pekka Kuusisto and Manchester Camerata, this brand new concert presented by Linton Stephens features rising star saxophonist and BBC Radio 3 broadcaster, Jess Gillam in an eclectic and exciting programme, featuring Dobrinka Tabakova’s Dawn, Copland’s Appalachian Spring, Michael Nyman’s Where the bee dances, and the world premiere of Be Still by up-and coming-composer Daniel Kidane.

The concert is also interspersed with interviews from both artists at poignant moments.
