Online: Prokofiev Piano Sonatas | Pushkin House Music Festival 2021

This event will be recorded in our 18th century home, ‘premiered’ online on 5 March, and then will be available to watch on demand using the same ticket for one week (one month for Festival Pass holders).

Prizewinner of the Cleveland, Busoni and Paderewski international piano competitions, Ukrainian-born Russian-trained Dinara Klinton makes a welcome return to Pushkin House. Now an assistant professor of the Royal College of Music in London, Dinara will play a selection of Prokofiev Sonatas, all of which she recorded for Piano Classics in 2020.

This concert is kindly supported by the Oleg Prokofiev Trust and is part of the Pushkin House Russian Music Festival 2021 with all concerts recorded in our 18th century home, ‘premiered’ online then available to watch on demand. The rare programme of the Festival can be enjoyed through a festival pass or through booking individual concert tickets. The Festival Pass gives you access to all the concerts and events being premiered between 2 and 14 March 2021, for one month after the premiere date. Individual ticket holders will be able to access the concert and content on demand for once week from the premiere date.

The pass includes an exclusive talk and Q&A on Russian Chamber Music with Philip Ross Bullock, professor of Russian Literature and Music at the University of Oxford and Alexander Karpeyev, the Pushkin House Music Festival artistic director.
