Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll was composed to celebrate the birth of his first son, Siegfried. We’ll perform this joyous work alongside Glazunov’s evocative Intermezzo Romantico, Coleridge-Taylor’s lively Danse nègre, and four songs by Fauré, sung by Ilona Domnich.

To allow as many as possible to attend, we are offering two identical concerts of about 1 hour with no interval – one starting at 6pm, the other starting at 8pm.
