Echéa Quartet X Robert Laidlow

This intimate concert features five unique perspectives on string quartet composition, spanning time and space. The quartet will perform music from Haydn, the father of the string quartet, to the world premiere of Robert Laidlow’s ‘Gravity’ (commissioned by the Echéas), alongside striking works by Drewett, Lutyens and Alberga.

The ticket includes a pre-concert discussion between the quartet and Laidlow in which the audience are invited to participate, and for which a complimentary drink is provided. There will be no interval.

The audience will be seated in distanced household groups and will be required to wear face coverings through the performance (subject to changes in government safety guidelines).
