Giving its first public concert since December 2019, the Choir of Westminster Abbey celebrates the richness and diversity of the cathedral choral tradition with a programme of signature works from its repertoire. Places are very limited so early booking is strongly advised.

The Abbey Choir is renowned worldwide as one of the finest ensembles of its type, its repertoire extending from plainsong and Renaissance polyphony to twentieth-century masterpieces and new commissions. In addition to singing the daily services, as it has done since the fourteenth century, the Choir plays a central role in the many royal and state occasions which take place in the Abbey, as well as reaching a wider audience through its programme of broadcasts, recordings and international tours.

“This is cathedral choral singing at its finest and most inspiring.” (The Daily Telegraph)

“A sumptuous banquet of choral delight.” (Gramophone)

This concert takes place thanks to the generous support of Patricia Owen Keltner and David Keltner. Every ticket purchased helps support the Abbey recover from the severe financial effects of the coronavirus pandemic and ensure the continuation of its rich musical tradition.
