2021 marks the City of Birmingham Choir's centenary year, so don't miss out on this fabulous concert and enjoy what promises to be an electrifying performance of Handel’s famous choral masterpiece, Messiah. Established in 1921, the City of Birmingham Choir has now been thrilling audiences with great choral music for 100 years. Performed in the acoustically perfect surroundings of Birmingham’s Symphony Hall with the world famous CBSO this is an opportunity to enjoy famous choruses such as ‘For unto us a child is born’ and arias ‘I know that my redeemer liveth’ and of course, as is the tradition, stand up and join in with possibly the world’s most well-known chorus ‘Hallelujah!’
