It's more than a year since Nova planned a concert all about the joy of singing, intended for performance when the Corona pandemic was over and people could sing again! After many postponements and frustrations, it is with enormous pleasure that we invite you to help us break our silence.

As usual, there will be a wide variety of early music - songs from the 13th Century Montpellier Codex, the 15th Century Old Hall Manuscript, and motets by some of the great names of the Renaissance - Palestrina, Byrd, Lassus and others. On this occasion we are also stepping across some of our self-imposed musical boundaries to include two Baroque items: a remarkable anonymous piece of Bolivian Baroque, and the greatest of all celebrations of singing: J S Bach's motet Singet dem Herrn.

Pre-booking is no longer required. Admission will be by programme (£10), available at the door and payable by card or cash

All Saints is large enough for you to find your own preferred social distancing. The church is well-ventilated and you can, of course, if you choose to, remain masked. We very much hope to see you on September 26th.
