‘Sublime, grand, and tender’, said a reviewer after the first performance 279 years ago. Messiah has become a staple of the Christmas Season. Milton Keynes Chorale returns to performing with this enduring work with popular choruses such as ‘Hallelujah’ and ‘For unto us a child is born’.

Milton Keynes Chorale is joined by Milton Keynes Youth Choir, the Adderbury Ensemble and a quartet of soloists from the Royal Academy of Music (including our own conducting scholar Olivia Shotton) for an uplifting and joyous concert.

There will be a retiring collection in aid of Willen Hospice.
