Sarah Beth Briggs returns to Nottingham with another fabulous festive recital, beginning with Myra Hess’s beautiful interpretation of Bach’s famous chorale. Mozart’s thoughtful and passionate C minor Sonata is followed by a trio of colourful pieces by Liszt – listen out for the Christmas tunes! A pair of more melancholy, yet passionate pieces by Chopin follow, before Sarah ends with Jonny May’s Jazzy arrangement of O Christmas Tree.
