The Ducasse Trio are a passionate and vibrant ensemble. Formed in 2012, the trio consists of award-winning musicians from the UK, France and Ireland who began working together after meeting as students at the Paris Conservatoire and Southbank Sinfonia. Winners of the 2014 Worshipful Company of Musicians / Concordia Award, the Trio made their Wigmore Hall debut in 2015 and were 2016 YCAT finalists. The trio has performed at leading venues and festivals in the UK and internationally including Wigmore Hall, Bridgewater Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Snape Maltings, St.John's Smith Square, IMS Prussia Cove, Cadogan Hall, National Concert Hall, Music for Wexford, West Wicklow Festival, Spoleto Festival, Geneva Music Festival and Festival d’Aix en Provence to name a few. The trio has commissioned new works by Christian Dachez and Charlotte Bray and is passionate about presenting the many neglected works for this ensemble to new audiences both at home and abroad.

Charlotte is the musical director of Camerata Alma Viva and the first violin of Quatuor Zaide. She also performs regularly with BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields. Charlotte is in constant demand as a soloist, chamber musician and leader of various chamber orchestras.

William is one of the UK’s leading clarinetists, with regular appearances at Wigmore Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Birmingham Symphony Hall. He has performed as principal clarinet with the Royal Northern Sinfonia, the Hallé, Royal Opera House, BBC Concert Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia and the English National Ballet.

Fiachra was the National Concert Hall's rising star in 2011 and made many solo debuts as a result. Prize winnings at international competitions include Dublin, Prague, Collioure, France and Jaques Samuel London. He has recorded 2 solo discs Pour le piano with RTE Lyric FM and a live from Wigmore Hall performance. Fiachra is the Founder and Artistic Director of the West Wicklow Chamber Music Festival and Classical Vauxhall.
