Winter Festival 2022 | Showcase

Experience the captivating talent of some of the finest young musicians in the world. Our popular showcase series offers an opportunity for the pupils of The Yehudi Menuhin School to gain valuable experience performing in front of an audience. An additional feature for this season is the inclusion of student compositions in the programme – one for each concert; composition is an important part of the musical education offered at the school, and the pupils enjoy helping each other by playing through the new works.

This showcase-style concert features chamber music and will include the piano quintet by Ralph Vaughan Williams (1872–1958), as his 150th anniversary year draws to a close.
