  1. Symphony No 15 in A Op 141 - Dmitry Shostakovich, arranged for piano trio and percussion by Victor Derevianko

As well as being one of the world’s greatest virtuoso violinists, Yehudi Menuhin loved playing chamber music with his friends and also with the students. To honour the School’s inspirational founder on what would have been his 107th birthday, Director of Music Ashley Wass has put together a programme of music to be performed by current students and staff. For the centrepiece of the programme, Ashley will be joined by recent alumna Coco Tomita, the School’s Professor of Cello Alex Chaushian and two percussionists to perform an arrangement of Shostakovich’s Symphony No 15.
