Jazz Masses by Will Todd and Bob Chilcott

An enterprising and appealing, mostly Jazz-themed, concert in which Will Todd conducts the combined voices of Sheffield Oratorio Chorus and Sheffield Chamber Choir in his renowned 'Mass in Blue', accompanied by the Will Todd Jazz Trio and his wife, the soprano Bethany Halliday. The concert will also include a performance of Bob Chilcott's 'Nidaros Jazz Mass', sung by Sheffield Oratorio Chorus and conducted by Alan Eost.

The Frank Martin Mass, a beautiful 20th century a capella work, will be sung by Sheffield Chamber Choir and conducted by Robert Webb.

The concert is presented in conjunction with the Sheffield Chamber Choir.
