The festival’s closing concert brings a magnificent musical partnership back to the Ribble Valley. Renowned for her “dazzling interpretative flair and exemplary technique” (Classic FM), violinist Jennifer Pike first gained international attention in 2002 when, aged 12, she became the youngest ever winner of the BBC Young Musician of the Year. Performing and recording regularly with esteemed pianist and festival director, Martin Roscoe.

Their concert will include a nod to the bicentenary of Clara Schumann with the luscious and poignant Romances and a national favourite in the form of Vaughan Williams’s The Lark Ascending.
