The Chorus season concludes with a spectacular event, the concert premiere of Philip Wilby's new oratorio 'The Holy Face' for organ, brass band and massed voices, featuring no fewer than three choirs and the world-famous Black Dyke Band.

Also on the programme is Wilby's wonderful organ concerto 'Cinema' played by Darius Battiwalla on the magnificent City Hall organ, and 'Paradise', a beautiful new work by Paul Mealor, who penned 'Ubi Caritas' for the Royal Wedding, and the Military Wives' 'Wherever you are'.
