ArchiCantiores is a performing troupe which arranges innovative programmes in listed buildings. They will perform a programme of music spanning the last century for the unusual combination of baritone, piano and string quartet.

The programme will include: Jared Armstrong's song cycle 'Four Songs of William Blake' (Memory; Hither come; Never seek to tell thy love; O rose thou art sick), Simon Morecroft The Butcher of Rye: a 15-minute operatic cantata based on the composer's opera of the same name, including the melismatic Epilogue 'Rose’s Lament': Where is kindness; and works by Samuel Barber.
