Russian violinist Alexander Sitkovetsky met and played duos with Chinese pianist Wu Qian when they were students at the Menuhin School. The Sitkovetsky Trio came later when they were joined by Lynn Harrell protegé, cellist Isang Enders. The trio has played in the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Frankfurt Alte Oper, Wigmore Hall and Lincoln Center and has won many awards including first prize at the International Commerzbank Chamber Music Award.
