An exciting programme of firsts for the Royal Tunbridge Wells Symphony Orchestra as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2022. Putting the focus very much on women, we welcome guest conductor Alice Farnham (the first woman to conduct the RTWSO in its 100 year history), Laura van der Heijden performs Schmann's Cello Concerto, and we are including three works by female composers, one of whom is local talent Sylvia Villa.
